This NON SMOKING 1,400 sq ft newly renovated cottage is 1km to South Sauble Beach and 3km to town of Sauble Beach in a very quiet neighborhood.

 

Sleeps 8 (max. 6 adults) in three bedroom (two queens & two twins) and 2 futons in family room, 2 baths (one newly renovated), side-split cottage with fully equipped kitchen.  Clothes dryer, Bell ExpressVu satellite T.V., wireless Internet access to check e-mails (no downloading).  No Phone.  Screened in Gazebo on deck with patio table and propane BBQ.  Town water.

 

Only well behaved house-trained pets allowed.  Pets must be on leashes when outside and owners responsible for all poop and scoop duties.  Pets are not allowed at the beach

 

Please note we will provide bedding, linens and towels etc..  We asked that you to leave the cottage in the same condition as you found it.
